The Flasher Learning Tool in the form of a program is protected by copyright, and the author is :Blaž :Cegnar. All rights reserved.

The program is only allowed for personal and non-profit purposes. Written permission from the author is required for any other type of program usage.

The use of the program is at your own risk. The author provides no guarantees.

PRIVACY
Data uploaded by the program user to the cloud through the program faetures are also accessible to other program users. The user is responsible for ensuring that they do not share their personal data, the personal data of others, or any other data for which appropriate permissions have not been obtained when necessary.

In order to improve the user experience and measure the effectiveness of the program usage, the program may automatically collect data on the program’s used functionalities during program usage, which are associated with the user account and a device identifier on which the program operates. All collected data is used only for the stated purpose and is not shared with third parties.

EXTERNAL INTERVENTIONS
Without written consent from the program author, any interventions in the program’s operation that modify, reduce, or disable the intended functionality of the program, or copy and transmit data outside the program or its databases that the program accesses, are prohibited.
